Donate to At The Crossroads
With your generosity, we can make sure every young person on the streets of San Francisco has the opportunity to build an outstanding life. Every $100 donated helps pack two backpacks of essential supplies that our counselors distribute in order to build relationships with the young people we meet on outreach!

In-Kind Gifts
In-kind donations are absolutely essential to At The Crossroads! We rely on the generosity of companies and individuals to help keep our shelves stocked with high-quality clothing, hygiene items, messenger bags, and more. We can always use new or very gently used items. Please reach out to [email protected] to schedule a drop-off!
Make a Gift of Securities
At The Crossroads is pleased to accept gifts of stocks, bonds, and mutual funds. A gift of appreciated securities held for more than one year can bring significant benefits for you, entitling you to a charitable income tax deduction for the full market value of the donated securities as of the gift date and eliminating capital gains tax. Check with your tax advisor.
There are two ways to donate stocks to ATC. You can easily give stock to At The Crossroads using this secure tool provided by Cocatalyst, which you can find here. You can also provide the following information to your broker:
Etrade account number: #151 468916
501c3, EIN #27-2603924
Please be sure to contact our staff at [email protected] to provide the details of your transfer so we may correctly credit the contribution. Please allow two weeks for processing. Reach out to the same email if you have any questions! Thank you!
Make an IRA Charitable Transfer
If you are 70.5 years of age or older, you can make a transfer from your IRA without paying income tax on that withdrawal. Since the gift is not included in the donor’s gross income, no charitable income tax deduction is allowed for the gift. This “rollover provision” has been made permanent as of 2015.
