To start, flip a coin five times and calculate your initial Morale Point count. Every heads = +3. Every tails = -2. Mark your starting value at the top of the Morale Point Counter. Your initial count represents the impact of your life experiences before entering the maze.
Start the maze. Each event you come across will either add or subtract Morale Points. Track this in the Counter. Your point total may dip below zero, but you can continue. If you hit a dead-end, turn around and find a different path. Resist the urge to look ahead, go where your pen takes you, and notice what reflections come up for you as you move through the maze.
