Molly joined At The Crossroads in early 2004 and worked on our team for over five years. As the Development Associate (and eventually Development Manager), she was the first-ever staff person who was not initially hired as an Outreach Counselor, but in an operations-focused role.
“It’s the only place that I’ve worked where you can really bring your full, true self. And that’s something that I’ve appreciated a lot over the years in thinking about what is the kind of place and the kind of work that I want to do.” -Molly, Former Development Manager
Molly owned our fundraising and biannual newsletter in her time at ATC. She also helped launch the first I Think I Can Campaign. Until very recently, Molly continued to support ATC with financial reconciliations.
Currently, Molly lives with her family in New York and is the Director of Data Quality & User Support, HA Infrastructure at Teach For America. Hear Molly describe what makes ATC unique from other places she’s worked.
