“I think one of the most important things that we should be doing that At The Crossroads does really well is: learn people’s names.” – Lori, Former Program Manager

Lori was one of the earliest staff members to join the At The Crossroads team. She started 2001, and eventually became the first Program Manager, supervising six staff members, hiring and training program staff, and developing our partnerships with peer providers and collaborating agencies.

Currently, she’s the Director of Volunteer & Nonprofit Services at Volunteer Center of Sonoma County. Listen as Lori describes what she’s carried with her from At The Crossroads into her work beyond.
