Over the last year, our staff and board came together to create a strategic plan for ATC looking three years out. Guided by our 2023 Strategic Directions, by the end of 2021, we plan to accomplish six initiatives. It is our ultimate goal to build a more equitable Bay Area where everyone has access to caring support, and chronic homelessness is eliminated. We will be tracking our progress here on our website and we hope that you will join us in our efforts and hold us accountable.
